How can I accurately and consistently control CB travel distance with follow and draw shots?

The 1/8 “rule of thumb” works very well, assuming you use a high tip for follow shots and a very low tip for stop/stun/draw shots, and vary your stroke lengths (in 1/8 increments), using consistent and smooth stroke acceleration. For a stop or stun shot, you add 1/8 to your stroke length for each diamond to the OB. For follow, you add 1/8 to your stroke length for each diamond of follow distance (after OB contact) desired. And for draw, you add 1/8 to your stroke length for each diamond between the CB and OB and for each diamond of draw desired. The following video demonstrates the system:
